Robert James is currently President of EXP Realty Advisors. He has sold over 1.3 billion dollars of real estate. Prior to founding EXP, Rob was a Managing Director at Kimco for 10 years, where Rob was responsible for Kimco Exchange Place, Kimco’s 1031 exchange and in-house brokerage business selling triple net properties and shopping centers. Kimco is the nation’s largest owner of neighborhood and community shopping centers, and EXP’s largest client. Rob formerly worked at Newmark Retail Financial Advisors which provided bankruptcy and M&A services to the retail industry. At Newmark, Rob was responsible for the valuation and disposition of below market leases and fee properties. Rob was also a bankruptcy court appointed advisor for real estate.
Prior to joining Newmark, Rob worked for seven years at Kin Properties in several roles including Director of Property management, leasing and acquisitions. At Kin, Rob managed a portfolio of 800 retail and industrial properties. Rob is a graduate of Lafayette College and the Lawrenceville School. He currently lives in Greenwich, CT.
Daniel De Sa'
Daniel de Sa’ is a founding member of EXP Realty Advisors and the Director of Sales since 2009. Dan has sold several hundred million dollars of real estate. Some of Dan’s notable sales include portfolio dispositions for REITS and large family offices. He has overseen net lease and shopping center sales throughout the US. Dan worked at Kimco Exchange Place (www.kimco1031.com) from 2004 to 2009, where he was responsible for the disposition of single tenant net lease properties. His background provides EXP’s clients with critical experience in real estate matters, as they evaluate purchase and sale decisions; and leadership at the firm in its strategic choices. Dan studied at Bar-Ilan University in Tel-Aviv, Israel and the University of Hartford in Connecticut.
Director of Sales
Andrew Greenberg, who launched his real estate career 2010, brings strong sales skills he gained working for an institutional brokerage that developed, marketed and executed trade strategies in Eurodollar and Treasury options markets on the Chicago Board of Trade. In addition, Andrew’s exposure to numerous other aspects of the industry, including sales, marketing, valuation, and escrow, ensure that he is able to provide excellent service to EXP’s clients. Originally from Chicago, Andrew graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Political Science and currently lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
Associate Director of Sales
Aron Holewinski is the Assistant Director of Sales at EXP Realty Advisors. He is a licensed real estate salesperson, who has worked at EXP Realty Advisors since 2013. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Williams College, and completed the Williams-Exeter Programme at Oxford University. Aron’s focus at EXP is to support the team’s execution in all facets of its operations, through research, marketing, database administration and systems management. In addition, Aron has represented developers and principals in the disposition of existing net lease assets. He regularly provides pricing guidance in the form of Broker’s Opinion of Value, and advises 1031 exchange buyers in the identification of replacement properties with attention to risk management and market conditions. Aron currently resides in Manhattan on the Upper East Side.
